  1. After definition of the candidate profile (required qualification, experience, personal strengths and financial basis) by the client, relevant target groups are identified.
  2. Possible candidates in the defined areas are identified and directly contacted, including persons from our data base.
  3. Interested candidates receive the information cleared by the client.
  4. If the profile of the candidate matches the profile required by our client, further information about the client and position are discussed with the candidate.
  5. After receipt of consent from the candidates, their applications are presented to the client for selection.
  6. Further support is supplied to the client and candidates until completion of the project.

As an intermediary between the client and the candidates, we accompany the key individuals involved in all phases of the recruiting process.
